Why cant I seem to win with this deck?

It doesn't have much focus, at the moment. It looks like, on one hand, it wants to attack with lots of creatures to trigger battalion like Boros Deck Wins. On the other, it has a higher mana curve like a midrange deck. I'd suggest cutting some of the higher CMC cards for smaller creatures (like Champion of the Parish or Stromkirk Noble) or cutting out the smaller creatures for green, switching the deck to Naya Midrange. That way, you'd get Farseek and Centaur Healer.
