Midrange Red Devotion - Input before SCG IQ on Sat

I'm going to be taking this to a SCG IQ on Saturday and could use some input on these topics.
1) Should I run Steam Augury over Magma Jet ?
2) Do I have too much burn and not enough creatures?
3) Is an Assemble the Legion in the sideboard a good idea?
4) Warleader's Helix , does it fit either main or side?
5) Wear / Tear worth a spot in the sideboard?
6) Stormbreath Dragon better than Purphoros, God of the Forge in this deck?
7) The match up with Mono-Blue has given me trouble. What are Red Devotion's answers to the matchup? B & U Devotion are big reasons for my splashing of U & W. Turn has been my biggest help against Thassa, God of the Sea and Master of Waves . Chained to the Rocks is hit or miss with Cyclonic Rift . Should I side in Wear / Tear for the Bident of Thassa as they rely on it for un-burnable devotion and card advantage that gasses my deck?
