Mill-Blade Help

I'm having trouble with Mill-Blade Concept (I hope I did that right...)I'd love to get this deck working in Standard, but it just doesn't feel right to me. I feel like I should be using an enchantment or different equipment. Are there any that relate to the milling mechanic?
