Mill Deck Dilemma

Here is my deck Millville I'm looking for any feedback that will help me improve upon it. my biggest concern is this: Do i have enough creatures in the deck? Should i have more counters? i really want this deck to be competitive but the deck is very hit or miss most of the time. any suggestions or constructive criticism are greatly appreciated.
