I currently have Izzet Charm in my sideboard for early game remove and possible sorcery/instant counters but I feel like it's the weakest card in my deck... Would Dissipate or Syncopate be better? Or something else? Suggestions would be greatly appreciated especially since I'm planning on taking this to this week's FNM! =-D

If you've play tested and have not used Izzet Charm to counter spells, than it may be best to keep it. However, if you feel you would rather have a counter spell instead, then by all means replace it with either of them. I've play tested enough to feel Dissipate is more important late game than early game advantage Syncopate brings. Syncopate has to be just about the most awkward counter spell. Don't get me wrong, turn 2 countering or what have you is awesome. It just sucks when you have to tap out so much more when you would rather tap 3 and be cool. Test either of them, see what you feel is best and roll. Hope this helps.
