Mirran Crusader plus two Sword of Feast and Famine

Each ability to untap all lands resolves separately, I believe. So my question is can you play things in-between each untap trigger?

Say I hit you with a Mirran Crusader equipped with two Sword of Feast and Famine . After the first untap ability resolves can I play something before the next untap triggers and resolves? This could potentially allow me to do four turns worth of play, correct?

It works only for instant speed effects though.

although you also just did 12 damage and had your opponent discard 4 cards, so I don't know if you really need to cast a whole bunch of extra spells.
