Hey guys, I was wondering if you might have some input on my newest brew for Modern.
So far its been a blast to play, and surprisingly well positioned. Jund, GB Rock and Melira Pod (although Orzhov Pontiff can really turn things around) all seem favourable, and it does okay against UWR. On the other hand, decks like Sligh and Affinity come out of the gate extremely quickly, and I often can't keep up with the pace. Games against R/G Tron can become unwinnable extremely quickly. I haven't done much testing against the rest of the field, but I'm guessing that similar trends would pop up.
Still, I like where the deck is going, and I turn to the collective minds of Tapped Out in the hope of improving it still further.

I feel like the Blasphemous Act interactions were extremely powerful, but just a tad inconsistent for my liking. While I got my fair share of random wins off of throwing 13 Damage at my opponent, it always seemed a bit unreliable.
Inquisition of Kozilek is a house; It keeps me in the game against Combo decks (nab a Deceiver Exarch from Splinter Twin decks, eats Cantrips, Pyromancer's Ascension from Storm) and just has good value against a lot of the format. Not having to deal with a Scavenging Ooze or Tarmogoyf is well worth it.
Dealing with anti-graveyard measures like Rest in Peace or not depends on playstyle and sideboard composition, I suppose. Going into a more linear beatdown plan is a totally valid option, and the Act 2 deck transitions really well into that aggressive role. This build is a lot more graveyard focused, however.
Ajani Vengeant and Lightning Helix both seem interesting; Ajani can be really powerful on the defence, locking down key colours and throwing 6 point life swings out like they're candy, and the Helix is a nice addition to the removal suite. I'll try them out

Thank you for some meta relevant feedback. I'm noob enough to be interested in modern without having given it a go, and I forgot about the good old Goyf. I think you have well proved your point, because trading one mana for threats that big is too good to pass up.

I've also seen Ajani Vengeant and Lightning Helix for some. I'm super interested in this as I run an Aristocrat Act 2 in standard right now, so I was seriously considering upgrading the land base and the likes to take it to modern. I hadn't considered Inquisition of Kozilek , and by no means is it bad, but I'm also a noob when it comes to modern. Obviously standard doesn't have something of on par hand disruption, as Duress sometimes doesn't cut it. I guess my question is this: is it more valuable to disrupt their hand or go all in on smashing face (not mindlessly)? I once use to run Wear / Tear in my sideboard, but basically the problem is, its just never worth trying to shoot that Rest in Peace , I just side out some of the morbid guys, but keep going forward, otherwise, Wear / Tear is a dead card unless something shows up. Obviously, Inquisition of Kozilek will almost NEVER be a dead card, but that's just my opinion.
Lastly, is the Boros Reckoner + Blasphemous Act combo not good enough for modern?
