Modern Artifact Mil deck

So i want to make an artifact deck that can mil. The cards that i can of so far think of that i want to use are Millstone , Codex Shredder , Mirroworks, Mindcrank , and maybe Decimator Web . Now as for colors it really doesn't matter but im sure i will run some blue in this deck. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

For modern, why not Mindcrank and Duskmantle Guildmage for the combo kill?
