Modern Grixis Draw Deck, Need Help!

I've been working on a deck based around making my opponent draw cards lots of cards (Howling Mine , Teferi's Puzzle Box ) and making them take damage for every card they draw (Kederekt Parasite , Underworld Dreams ).

The combo is fun, but making it work is difficult.

It's in shambles at the moment, I'm just trying to get my thoughts together and find some advice to start off with since I'm new to the modern format and not familiar with the card pool.

I've put a list of the main things I need help with in the deck description.
