Modern Landfall

I've recently decided to make a modern deck based on the landfall mechanic. It is called: deck:nomads-of-a-fallen-land.

While playtesting, this deck has so far been really fun to play with, and it seems to keep up with many other modern decks.

However, since it's so creature-heavy, control/field wiping is going to be very hard to deal with. Rootborn Defenses is what is currently in use, but there aren't many in the deck in its current state. Something like Eldrazi Monument might be another possibility.

If you could look at the deck and give me some tips on how to make it more competitive - or just better in general - it would be really appreciated.
