Hi guys,

I'm working on my Modern deck Life From The Stinkweed Scholar's Birthing Ooze and am wondering if it's possible to lean towards control more now. I see the format stabilizing to some extent and am wondering, as a combo deck does it make sense to go more Combo/Control? How would I do that in this deck?

Also, I'm looking at Spreading Seas to help against Tron. What do you guys think?

I guess the question is...what half of my combo do I keep when I need to transform into control? I need work sideboarding.

I can board out Morselhoarder, Myr Propagator and Death Cultist or I can cut the Thornlings and Quillspikes.

I'm not sure, because there'd also be times where it would be appropriate to board out the Unburial Rites and Life from the Loams, but theyre useful if I'm going mill/control to recycle fetch lands...blah. This deck fries my brain sometimes.
