Modern Newbie.

Hey,

I have been playing magic since shortly after the release of return to ravinca and i would say i have a strong knowledge of all the sets since. However I want to attempt a modern deck and pretty everything before inistrad is unknown to me

I have always played a green white token style and wish to continue this into the modern format. The deck i am building currently is this I like modern tokens and i can not lie And because i know very little about what came before inistrad i was woundering if anyone could make any suggestions or replacements for the cards i have listed.

I would like to keep the same overall style of many large tokens as fast as possible. But from play testing it is seems that there is inconsistency of the effectiveness of the deck.

Any help would be lovely. Thank you.
