Modern Rogue Deck

I've got a deck called Dimir gone Rogue, and what i'm trying to do is make it, not competetive (i.e. win more than 50% of games against top-tier decks), but able to stand up at least against good modern decks. I'm trying to keep this as budget as possible (the graves i already own, and I have 2 drownyards), so don't suggest to up Damnation to 4, or suggest Liliana of the Veil , since it isn't gonna happen. Mainly i just want to know what to run more-of and what to cut. I have a maybeboard of other options that i decided to cut in an attempt to make the deck more consistent, but feel free to argue a case for one of the cards, since this deck is still in the testing stage. All feedback and +1's are appreciated. :)
