[MODERN] U/G Coatl deck help

Well, while I was searching through cheaper decks, I came across this. A U/G Lorescale Coatl deck, I added a few additions like Rapid Hybridization, etc...

Question is... Can you help me make this a lot competitive? My friend wipes me with a "tron" deck, a few other friends wipe me out with aggro and infect decks.

I know it's not the best deck and it won't be great, but a few adjustments that make me more of a threat would be appreciated. (I've only been playing mtg for like a month)

4x Favor of the Overbeing

Land:

9x Island

5x Forest

4x Reliquary Tower

1x Breeding Pool (I know I need more)
