Blood Necromancy (Orzhov Human Sacrifice)
Abuses Blood Artist , Xathrid Necromancer , Viscera Seer , and Cartel Aristocrat with lots of humans. Any suggestions are appreciated!
I personally think your best option is to stick with the human theme. Champion of the Parish, Dark Confidant, Aristocrat, with your value coming from Xanthrid Necromancer and Teysa, Orzhov Scion

I feel like Lingering Souls is just to powerful to not be in the 75. When you're in WB it's definitely a card you want in the spot removal saturated format of Modern.
I'd also at least test the deck with an anthem effect or two. Honor the Pure or Spear of Heliod , not a ton of reason to play Glorious Anthem any more now. Even as a 1 of, you're hitting the board with a bunch of little guys.
Brave the Elements might also need to be considered for the 75. It won't save all your black creatures, but a lot of decks are going to be bringing in Pyroclasm and Whipflare against you.
