Mono B Discard deck?

Hey everyone, this will be my first forum post, so if I've made a mistake on something, let me know please.As the title says, I plan on making a mono B discard. I've made a little crappy tester deck with some cards I have, but now I think it's time for a legitimate decklist. Here's what I was thinking.Lands: 22 SwampCreatures: 4x Hypnotic Specter4x Nezumi ShortfangInstants/ Sorcery:4x The Rack4x Duress4x Hymn to TourachArtifact/ Enchantments2x Painful Quandry2x Quest for the Nihl StonePlaneswalkers:2x Liliana Vess.Any feedback would be great!
actual build the deck and then link it. You will get more of responose that way.

4x Liliana Vess 4x card:Liliana's Caress 4x Megrim and 4x Painful Quandary
makes a sick engine
just using Liliana Vess 's +1 and it does 2 per megrim/caress (hypothetically 16 damage if you have all 8 out)
which is made easier by her -2 , and after all that discarding her -8 is a game winner if it hasn't already drained your opponents life
