I like how I've developed the list so far. But I'm not sure how Dark Confidant fits

Dark Confidant is a excellent draw source if you can compensate the potential life loss. I would bump him up to 3x, and possibly make room for Deathrite Shaman , since you have all the fetches in there, the mana acceleration would be helpful.
