Mono Black Wins? Comment Pls

Looking for some insight on a non-infect mono black deck featuring Phyrexian Obliterator & Lashwrithe. Take a look:

Some questions:1. Is Liliana of the Veil a must? 2. Should I run Sphere of the Suns for speed?3. Should I skip the Typhoid Rats and go complete control involving Tumble Magnet?4. Do I play 2 or 3 Buried Ruin with Lashwrithe and Mimic Vat maindeck?5. I'm always tempted to involve Diabolic Tutor, Druidic Satchel, or even Tezzeret's Gambit. Should I consider them more relevant?6. Bump in the Night grants reach and makes this feel like a red deck. But without flashback is it just a bad idea?
