Mono-blue competitive/sideboard help

Hey, please check out my deck Grand Merfolk. I'm trying to develop mono-blue decks that will work in competitive play. Read my description there for more information. Comments are needed, and I'm trying to develop a sideboard.

For the current meta which is seeming to be a lot of control, I should be able to throw one together, but I don't want to be screwed against those Signal Goblins or something.
