Soo.. If I put something from these cards.. What cards do you think should i put out??

First, this is the wrong forum. Moved to Deck Help.

Second, just put this all in a decklist using the deck builder. It's much easier to read that way.

What format is this for?

I'm guessing this is for casual rather than competitive play, and that's fine. I see that there isn't much of a central theme, which can be important. You have a lot of evasive-style tactics like flying and unblockable, as well as defenders, so maybe this could be a good place for Planeswalkers or Cipher cards. Jace Beleren could be good here, or Jace, Memory Adept . You could also use Last Thoughts /Hidden Strings /Hands of Binding . Deathcult Rogue could replace Wind Drake , as it's better IMO. I wouldn't mainboard Dispel , switching that with Divination for some draws might be good.

Hope I could help!

OH, and I saw this was for mono blue control.

For control, you want wayyyy less creatures, and more spells to stop your opponent.

Maybe a late game win-con like AEtherling would be great. As well as spells like Counterspell , Opportunity , Dissipate , Dissolve .

There a lot of older counterspells and control spells that I don't know of, but are really good.

Planeswalkers like Jace, Architect of Thought should also be used.
