Mono-Blue Pauper Control

Trying to work on a mono-blue control deck for my first pauper.

Does anyone have advice on staples for such a build? I'm currently in need of a solid win condition.

While I don't know much about wincons for MUC, I know you all but need Daze , Counterspell , SOME kind of draw mechanic, etc. Sorry I can't be much help beyond that. I'd definitely look around the Deck Builder portions of this website for some MUC Pauper decks and borrow a few ideas from them.
