Mono-Red Myr Infect

Deck Help forum

I got into magic recently (started playing around the MBS prerelease) and love deckbuilding. For the last couple days I've been playing with my deck:

And playtesting has gone almost surprisingly well for me so far, but I'm wondering where my deck might fall short. Since I'm new to the game, I'm not really sure what I might find myself up against "out there" and where my deck might have particular weaknesses that need to be addressed. I have a feeling that my sideboard in particular needs work because even if I can do quite a bit with the cards I have in my mainboard (the deck has beaten several creature-heavy decks like mono-white knights, mono-green elves, and even some decks with bigger threats (by being able to play enough burn/weaken bigger threats with infect) that it can take out a lot of moderately sized threats 7/7's or 6/6's without too much difficulty while I set up my combos, but I really have no idea what else I might see (we have a really small local FNM group that mostly plays the same handful of decks so I don't see as much variety as I might expect anywhere else)

Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Just updated this deck because I'm playing it at FNM tonight, but about 7 or 8 of the cards in it, and about 4 or 5 of my sideboard cards I don't have yet because my mail-order got delayed.

The potential sideboard/changes to my mainboard cards are in the "maybeboard" and the decklist is updated to what is currently in the deck because I have it on hand.

Just about anything I can think of that would be helpful was added to the maybeboard list, but it's possible that if there's another card that people think would be good in the deck or sideboard that I do actually have one or two lying around, so suggestions that I didn't mention are still very very welcome.

BTw, to make it easier for people to see the deck I'll link it: Infected Splinter (Mono-Red Myr Infect)
