Mono white puresteel aggro advice

Okay, so ive recently decided to once again, try to make a competitive standard deck. I settled on a mono white puresteel aggro deck, and am currently refining it for competition at fnm level. Heres the deck, cant figure out how to make the link work. http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/puresteel-weenie-1/

So, im thinking about switching the two blade splicers for grand abolishers. i have way too many 3 drops, and my hand always seems clogged with one or two three cost creatures i cant seem to get out there. Im also running divine reckoning, so i can keep my puresteel after a boardwipe, and load hi up with all the equipment that isnt equipped, and swing in for massive damage, with the added bonus of later flashback.

Im also trying to figure out my sideboard, as i understand this is important in a competitive event. ive never used one before. so far, i have

2x kemba, kha regent3x timely reinforcements3x mirran crusader3x corrosive gale4x oblivion ring

I know this is proboably not the best sideboard.

PS: will replace the moonsilver spears with swords as soon as i can get them.
