MonoR-Devotion - Need SB help against MonoU!
Deck Help forum

Tomorrow I play the Standard-GP in Vienna and chose to go there with MonoR-Devotion!
Testet some MUs and it is still competitive (mostly post-board) e.g. against MonoB, GR Dragons.. but what makes me a bit worried is MonoU! And as is it is one of the most played and best decks right now i have to find a good SB-Answer to it!
Would be nice to get some recommendation!THNX
Electrickety is great for clearin out tokens. Then just go on as normal.

Whats about Flames of the Firebrand ? How many and what to take out of the SB?

Electrickery bashes mono U's elemental tokens, white weenie, and rdw to some extent so I highly recommend depending on how fast your list is built

Also if you follow my profile and look at Big Red it's my red Devo list with a maybeboard that's every good sideboard card I like for red, mix and match to your meta.

its more of a midrange deck than a typical red aggro-deck... so which sb changes would you suggest thinking of electrickery?

@shift: your red Devotion deck Big Red (Top 8 Winner!) looks great! Thought about cutting the Rakdos Cackler because i sideboard it out in most matchups. m really thinking whether hes worth it...

... is it enough to play that deck with 23 lands?

23 is perfect for me, it has enough land flood outs to make it worth it

I started this deck kinda smaller but I loved stormbreath and the bigger threats feel. Late game is almost definite around my shop so I just swapped cacklers and satyrs for more lands and dragons. I also made a little red deck (I can't remember how to post decks sorry) on my profile but my sideboard has never changed really I feel the threats are familiar for any red deck and what mono red needs to remain aggressive in games 2/3 when they are better prepared for you.

Id love to see your list and give my views if you'd like. I've played many decks and types so I love to exchange feedback about the pros and cons about differing builds and styles.

It would be easier to help you if we had your decklist available.
