I have always been something of a Kamigawa fanboy. It was where I got my start in Magic, and the flavor and art of the set have always fascinated me and ranked among my favorite settings and aesthetics out of all of Magic's planes. I usually try to go out of my way in casual decks to work in a card or two from Kamigawa.
Recently I've been kicking around ideas with Meloku the Clouded Mirror , Uyo, Silent Prophet , and at least Blue and Green landfall. Those two are about he best of the Moonfolk and the land-bouncing ability neatly guarantees that you can drop lands for Landfall effects. Patron of the Moon also makes Landfall really easy.
I started looking at token production initially. Go Bant, use Meloku for Illusion tokens and Emeria Archangel for nearly identical Bird tokens, and maybe Rampaging Baloths for ground-pounders. But I still wanted to use Uyo in some capacity, which got me looking at worthwhile token-generating spells to copy with her as an added trick, Big things, like card:Nomads' Assembly or Crush of Wurms .
So before I put out the questions I'd like help with here's the guidelines: This deck is meant to be a competent casual deck. The goal is really to have fun. The budget is not large, and try not to go above the cost of the cards I've already suggested. So, in order of the questions I have...
Token generation, good plan?
Using Uyo for cheap copying of big token-making spells and my opponent's spells, good plan?
Are there any cards that will let me get multiple lands out of my hand that are fairly budget friendly that I don't know about? Things in the Oracle of Mul Daya , Sakura-Tribe Scout , Walking Atlas , Patron of the Moon price range.
And what should this deck in general look like? I've never tried to build a deck with these cards before, so some idea of what the composition should be like would be very welcome.
I suppose because Azusa is a card that I usually think of as beyond my price range always and never in stock anywhere. maybe not accurate, but... that's how I think of her. I'll consider Lotus Cobra if I have the money to spare for it. Boundless Realms might be fun, I'll give that a consideration too.

Ow and Scapeshift goes incredibly well with Crucible of Worlds

The problem really isn't with getting Landfall triggers to happen. I'm pretty sure I can get Landfall triggers to happen just by using Moonfolk, all fo their abilities send lands back to your hand as part of the cost.
The problem is the rest of the deck. What strategies to go for and what cards to use and how many.

Kinda hard to believe Azusa, Lost but Seeking hasn't made your list for consideration. Also, Lotus Cobra is always outstanding with landfall. Both a bit more expensive but could easily make up a core of cards to include. Boundless Realms could also have fun there or Primal Surge depending on how you want to do it.
card:Gaea's Touch is another and if you use lots of fetches Crucible of Worlds goes INSANE with fetches.
