I'm thinking of taking out 1 Grim Lavamancer for 1 Young Pyromancer . What do you guys think?

If you plan on facing a lot of Scavenging Ooze , then keep in the lavamancer. Otherwise, i'd say make the switch. Pyromancer is, in my opinion, a much better tempo engine, and the chump blockers are always relevant.
