My exalted deck needs some help

Hello there! I put together a deck that spins around the exalted mechaninc, just to see how it works. I really like it, It's actually quite fun to play. Thing is, I'm not sure if I should make it a Standard deck or just a casual one. I play mostly casual, but I would like to go to FNM sometime cause I haven't yet. So, the question is, how would you improve this deck using both standard and non standard cards? which way do you think it would be better? Link to the deck: Exalted M13

I'm getting some good and constructive feedback on this deck. I applied some of the suggestions made and I think It has made quite the difference. If anyone else is interested, I keep close track of my decks and those of the people who help me. deck link: I only need one
