My First EDH Deck

Hi guys. My name is Tyler Johns.
I play combo decks in standard right now.
I've been trying to come up with an EDH deck, but I have no idea what I'm doing.
I was wondering if someone can help me pick a General for a Saproling token deck (because I never seen Sapro EDH decks) and help me figure out a card base.
I'm pretty new and would love assistance.

The best choices would probably be Ghave, Guru of Spores or Ulasht, the Hate Seed. There is also Verdeloth the Ancient, Rith, the Awakener, and Nemata, Grove Guardian.

Ghave, Guru of Spores is a great commander for that style of deck. Rhys the Redeemed is fantastic aswell and fits into a Ghave deck like a glove.
I will say however, if you want to make the deck do some really silly things look into Doubling Season and something like Ashnod's Altar.
Also, a staple for almost any deck in EDH would be Nim Deathmantle. It's very strong for keeping your beaters alive late-game. :)

This might be of interest to you.
Ghave, Guru of Spores
is probably the best option. Apart from that, you might do Rhys the Redeemed
(which you could just include in a Ghave deck...).
Do you want to play combo tokens EDH? The two go well together.
