my first FNM deck is it worth working on???

this was my first fnm deck, i put some money into it but i think it lacks direction, looking at it do you think its worth saving or perhaps major or minor changes??? open to any ideas
take out the white. it's not as good as you want it to be for you to want to add white to your mana base considering you have mostly red. then you can take out the alloy myr and put another iron myr in. i'm sorry but warstorm surge is garbage and you'd be better off with fling because it's cheaper and can be used instantly for far less mana. also you need more lands because alot of your cards cost more than 4.

What sort of budget are you on? Are you prepared to buy some cards from online stores or local ones? If you give a budget or price bracket, I'll see if I can help out.
Just so you know though, Lightning Bolt is not legal in type-2(standard) fnm events. An easy fix is Incinerate .
