My Little Commander Project needs critique

been working on this project for a while now. the idea is just intense fun with orzhov control over life death and everything in your hand. its meant to be semi budget with just some stuff i had laying around and semi cheap stuff throw in to accompanny it from trading. how does it look? am i doing anything wrong? what can i change?

I see Epochalyptik already made some suggestions and you updated the deck. Those are all good choices along with Weathered Wayfarer and Crypt Ghast . I'd also suggest Land Tax . Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and Cabal Coffers would be ideal in your deck, except you probably will have trouble affording them. These should be your #1 priority when trading if you're unable to straight up buy them (I got my Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and some other stuff for my Pact of Negation ). Land Tax is a really old card, so finding beat up copies for ~$8 isn't all that rare.
You're also playing black and don't have one of the most powerful black cards ever printed (if not the most powerful): Dark Ritual .

Personally, I'd cut some lands and add more artifact mana.
