My Quest deck

My Friend said that Quest decks are slow. My question is how to make it fast. Also I need to know once my old cards aren't standard I want to add Kemba, Kha Regent with my Puresteel Paladin in my equipment deck.

yea my Equipment/quest deck What do you think about it? For example can I make it go faster or should i drop the quest and just use a lot of cheap equipment cards.
