My very first deck, EVER

Hello there MTG fans! I just got my first deck a few days ago and I would like to ask for a little help. I got a the Gleeful Flames event deck, and I was pretty convinced by it. nevertheless, I made some changes. here's my deck, do you think it's good? how can i improve it?
