myr deck help please

I need help buffing this deck making it quicker more consistent with the barrage of myr damage I don't have any money to buy new cards I only have 1 Tempered Steel if I had the money I would buy 3 more but take a look at my deck post comments on what you think I should add or take out please

TUTORIAL: Double "[" then enter link (http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/myr-myr-3-token-3/) but only the bit in red (before the last forward slash), then double "]". Special characters are overlooked
