Naya Ladies need help

Deck Help forum

I already posted about the deck once, but I would like just a touch more help with it; Hell Hath No Fury.

It already runs fairly well, but there are a few choices that I'm not really sure about. Namely Wild Beastmaster , Champion of Lambholt , and Gather the Townsfolk .

What I'm thinking about doing is replacing Gather the Townsfolk with Attended Knight , and replacing either Champion of Lambholt or Wild Beastmaster with a good 2 or 1-drop (maybe Rancor?).

The reason I am thinking about taking out Wild Beastmaster is because I don't have anything in the deck besides Selesnya Charm to pump her up with. However, she is still useful by just giving everything else +1/+1... that one more power can make Champion of Lambholt shine.

Anyway, just thought I would see if anyone has tips on what I should do, or if I should leave it the same. Be sure to look at some of the cards in the maybe-board if you check it out.

Thanks!

A couple of Naya ladies that I'm a fan of are Sigarda, Host of Herons and Serra Avenger .

Rancor should definitely be in, as it can pump either Wild Beastmaster or Champion of Lambholt .

Jimhawk Sigarda is in my maybes, but I totally forgot about Serra Avenger . However, I think I may hold off on playing her for the same reason I'm not running Ash Zealot ; it removes some of the synergy Burning-Tree Emissary has. Though, the having to play her on turn four maybe removes that handicap.

I'm not sure what I would take out for Rancor . may end up using it instead of card:Aurelia's Fury because it's cheaper, but as far as long-term goes I'm not sure what to take out.

Maybe take out Gather the Townsfolk for it? Is it worth the early game bodies that pump Rubblebelt Raiders and Firemane Avenger 's battalion?

If you're going to take out the Beastmaster and Champion, then Gather has to go too. It would no longer have enough value. That frees up nine slots, four of which could be Rancor and either two or three of which could be Sigarda, Host of Herons .

The other two or three slots should be efficient and low cost as you said, and looking through the options, there's Thalia, Guardian of Thraben , Scorned Villager  Flip , Attended Knight , Kruin Outlaw  Flip , Markov Blademaster , and the aforementioned Serra Avenger .

Those are definitely some good suggestions that I managed to overlook, as well.

Thanks for the tips. I may do some more swapping and playtesting with some of those ideas.
