Need a hand with Dimir Mill

I'm trying to get a deck together for FNM (Next week will be my 2nd FNM) and I really want to try to get my Dimir mill deck to do better than it did the first time (0/4 lol). Any help would be greatly appreciated! My deck is EMP- Experience Milling Project. Tyty!

To be a little more specific, I need help with my sideboard and balancing my control vs mill. I know that some of the cards in there are sub-par (like Blustersquall ) but I can't think of any other cards to fit the slot I'm trying to fill. I am going to stubbornly cling to Undead Alchemist and Undercity Informer because I love that combination but other than that I would love some suggestions!
