Need a little help making it legacy competition ready

I'm putting together a discard deck that can play in legacy tournaments. I need some help with sideboard, and any suggestions for the limited creatures I have room for would be great. Also any suggestions to make it run faster, more consistent, whatever. All feedback is welcome. I'm on somewhat of a budget, but any suggestions would be great.
