Need a little push in the right direction

So im sitting on two deck lists that aren't finished, Reaper King (U/C) and DiaoChan (U/C). Reaper, i think i have a little more direction then i used to, but im still stuck and i dont know why, it seems pretty simple to make a deck for him. As for Diaochan, this is the first time im putting more power into red (well, shes mono red, duh xD) and i want to make her chaos. I just dont know what cards to look for to fit that role

Take a look at Epochalyptik's list of power EDH cards (sorry, no link. Its on his profile though). That should help you with the Diaochan deck especially, since red seems to have the same strategy usually. And you can look at what might for for the Reaper King.
