Need a wittle help with this vamp deck

So this deck has a few cards i dont mind switching out for better cards but im trying to figure out which cards i can switch em for to make my deck better BloodThirsty Vamps Of Demons Gate 2.0 the cards i dont mind switching out are Butcher of Malakir and Vampire Outcasts i was thinking about Bloodghast or just putting more Vampire Nighthawk s idk i just dont like the 7 mana cost guy xD
