Need Advice With Podless G/B Pod!

Hey guys, built a pod deck, have played in 2 standard tourney, and have done no better then 2-3. I find that the most consistent problem is:

a. i NEVER see any freaking podsb. i cant really do well against flyingc. when i do see pods they easily dispatch(no pun intended) with my pod-fodder.

So im keeping some of the cards, cutting the pods and going control g/b beatdown.

Here is the deck-list for my new G/B control beat-down:

Creatures:4x birds4x strangleroot2x predator ooze (could be too intensive)3x metamorph2x glissa (feel like i should be running ratchet bomb?)1x thrun2x solemn 1x acidic slime2x vorapede1x wurmcoil2x grave titan

Sorceries:3x memoricides deals with geist of saint traft, primeval titan, hero of bladehold, phyrexian obliterator 2x green sun3x black sun zenith

Instants:3x go for the throat

Planeswalkers2x garrukk primal hunter

Lands:4x Woodland Cemetery2x Evolving wilds10x forest7x swamps( i have to redo mana)

So what do you guys think, any constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated

Looks pretty cool so far! The only thing I see being problematic is getting (Birds can get you the red mana for the flip side).

Also, this deck- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NIfFjYODzI8 - looks to be pretty similar to what you're trying to do. Maybe it could be of some inspiration :) Good luck!
