Need Critiques and Suggestions

I have 2 projects.

The first is We Pinch Your Nuts. It's a Simic mill deck. I made it because I was getting bored with reading the same dimir mill decks, and wanted something different. It still needs work and suggestions.

The second project is raining goblins. It is the first competitive deck I ever built. It's old and needs updating. I'm looking for any and all cards that can be replaced with modern legal cards. I know that it can't be fully converted to modern, but I would like to get it as close to possible.
