Need halp tweaking my Rakdos deck

So this deck is supposed to hit like a truck in FNM and I was hoping you guys would leave feedback and suggestions. I want to know how fast you think this deck is (speed making my opponents sad is what I'm aiming for) and suggestions to make is hit harder and faster. Thanks in advance!
