Honestly, your best bet is to playtest, playtest, and playtest. At the end of an FNM, take note of which cards underperformed and replace them with something that can perhaps remove a threat you couldn't before, or add more win-cons in its place if you locked down several games but weren't able to pressure your opponent afterwards.

Thanks. You've been a huge help, the prototype is complete, tomorrow is test day, your comments pretty much built that deck.
