need help on my commander

hi ppl,

well i start with the idea of using derevi, empirial tactician as my commander this is my first commander deck so im abit lost. the idea consist o locking down the opponents by not allowing then to untap on there turns for that propose i got cards like Winter Orb the thing is it seems to lack abit in consistency and i would like to make it more competitive. the link :Deveri Lock
