Need Help Revamping my Vampires

So there's my current deck. I've been trying to run it at FNM again to get so use out of it before standard cycles or even maybe move it forward whenever Innistrad comes out. But I've been consistently getting my ass kicked. I can't quite identify why, I know one of the weaknesses my deck has is that it has NO artifact removal, and there aren't options for black to begin with.

My friend suggested maybe I splash in a small amount of blue to add counterspell and sideboard artifact hate. But I'm not quite sure. I know I definitely don't want to run B/R Vampires because everyone does that.

What would you guys do to make a B/U vampire deck?

You just need more removal less creatures. If you u want good control look into blue/black deck's.
