Need help trimming down a black/red vampire deck

I need help trimming down this deck I've been interested in. I've only started playing Magic about a few weeks ago, starting with Magic 2012: DotPW on the 360 and purchased a deck with a friend a week ago. Now we have 5 people playing together almost every night. I have two friends with the knights/dragons duel deck (knights focused on invincibility, synergy and equipment; that lockston warhammer is terrifying), I have one with a white/green control deck, and one with a green/blue spirits and wurm counter deck.
I started with a green/red deck, but I want to make a kick-ass vampire deck that doesn't rely on infect AT ALL. It would only be for casual play and I want it to preferably be 75 cards or so.

Why 75 cards? That seems a bit heavy - after all most decks are 60 or so. Just a thought - it would be more consistent.

I'm not looking to enter it in any tournament or even semi-pro scene, I just play with my friends. Right now one friend has 72 cards in her deck, another has 85 (jesus christ, I know) and another 75. If I can get it to 70 I'll be happy, but I want to have a little over the 60 quota just so I can stuff more good cards in there.
