Need help with a boros minotaur deck

Deck found here: Minotaur madness.

It seems like it's too slow to be an aggro deck, but doesn't have the cards for control. My thought currently is to pull Madcap Skills or Shiv's Embrace and insert in some Rebuff the Wicked or some Gods Willing . Maybe also add in Mutavault for Temple of Triumph .

Also, I tend to play a lot of FFA multiplayer, so ideas that provide staying power work wonderfully.
