Need help with a deck idea

I am making an deck based around permanantly pumping Glissa, the Traitor and making her hexproof. NOT EDH
It's probably best in an artifact/equipment deck to go off of her ability. I don't completely understand the need to pump a first strike deathtoucher though.
Is it standard?
If i were doing it, I'd make it a BUG artifact deck and use Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas along with equipment like Swiftfoot Boots . You can use swords to pump her, and when she kills something, and equipment that's in the graveyard comes back to your hand. It is also the colors that allow access to the most control, as well as Thrun, the Last Troll and Invisible Stalker .
There is also Typhoid Rats for more deaththouch, and they'd go great with Mortarpod .

give her Swiftfoot Boots and Darksteel Plate . deathtouch, hexproof and indestructible.
then have your artifact/whatever else creatures go rip crap up while she sits there waiting to destroy attacking creatures and revive your artifacts. i probably wouldnt bother attacking with her most of the time. you could do an elf or zombie theme too with lords to buff them, which would help give her more toughness.
thats how i'd do a deck with her anyway.

Well I was thinking of her earlier for a deck. Anything that makes you sacrifice artifacts would be good. Throne of geth would be fun. Somehow giving her a +1/+1 counter could be good then proliferating.
Also Piston Sledge would be fun.
Hexproof right now is difficult to give, though can be given through Asceticism and Swiftfoot Boots
Glissa with the morbid mechanice could be fun though.
