So I saw a question posted earlier today that brought an interesting synergy between two cards to light. I decided to try to make it viable in Standard, and ended up with this.
Curse of Indecisiveness
What I mainly need are suggestions for better mana ramp, the sideboard, and what works best after the hardlock.
I'm still on somewhat of a budget, so the Huntmaster of the Fells Flip is a bit out of reach. I also can't run as many copies of Thrag and the Reckoner. This is my first real combo deck, so I really didn't know the best way to put it together.

I like the Curse/Storm interaction, but it seems like you are stuck between Naya Blitz and combo. For combo I would run something like:
Ramp
4x Farseek
4x Avacyn's Pilgrim
Combo
3x Possibility Storm
3x Curse of Exhaustion
Early Stall
4x Boros Reckoner
4x Mizzium Mortars
4x Pillar of Flame
Midgame
4x Huntmaster of the Fells Flip
4x Thragtusk
