i have a black and red vampire deck i need help with...i have no idea how to really make a good deck...i need help wanna start winning lol

But like anything you've got to set your goals and then figure out what steps...ok, winning is obvious. Winning how? Aggro, midrange, control?
It's probably aggro or midrange given its RB vamps...then, what creatures are you using, what decks are giving you fits? What support does your current state need to get to where you want to be?

I play a RB vamp deck and what seems to work well for me are Bloodline Keeper Flip . It definitely would make your deck pretty aggro mostly cuz it allows you to get out an army of 2/2 flying vampires (at least until you have 5 vampires on the field and flip your Bloodline Keeper to give all other vampires you control +2 +2 ). While playing black you definitely want to play with a good amount of removal; Go for the Throat and Gatekeeper of Malakir are a good addition. But it really depends on how you want your deck to be and what you're honestly looking for out of it.

Oh yeah! I also forgot, Olivia Voldaren and Stromkirk Captain are a great RB addition as well!
