Need help with Boros tech

Seeing as Boros is one of the best decks currently in standard and as I already have all the cards to build the full expensive version, I plan on making this my tournament deck for the moment, especially since I have a few tournaments coming up, amongst them a GP Trial securing a chair at Dallas for the winner.
I am currently very up to date on what the current meta is and what generally beats what, but I do have some doubts about sideboarding since I haven't actually played/tested against those top decks. I have a rough idea of what goes in, but I don't think I make the right decisions as to what to take out.
My Boros deck will probably be based around Paul Rietzl version from Paris with some very minimal adjustments to my liking since I don't like to netdeck completely:

Can you, the community, help me out (and many others who may have the same questions) figure out what goes out/in in different match ups and the why's?
I want to be ready specially for Caw-Blade since I am sure there will be a few.
Cunning Sparkmages come in vs. CawBlade, so does the Collar, probably even 2-3 arc trails if you can find something to take out.
I'd remove the gears for sure after game 1.
The matchup seems like it would be in your favor considering their swords give them no protection from red or white.
I'd probably go against the grain and say to pull Koth too, their colonnades will usually take care of him before he becomes a problem.

From what I heard (I haven't had time to attend FNMs) UW control is the most common deck there, this would include the caw-go variant which I am sure most will mimic. There are very very few valakuts if im not mistaken. MBC I expect to be present, as well as WW Quest, Tezz variants and Vamps, RUG , BUG also lol. Basically what we read about everywhere with some rogue decks thrown in the mix (which I assume is the same everywhere).
I don't think there are many Boros within the local crew, but the players that come in from other towns might bring some.

Also, any Boros experts around who would give some tips as to when to mulligan, how many lands in the initial hand is too high/low.
I've played several games with the deck and love how it plays, but every now and then there are little details (obvious as they may be) that one misses and needs someone to point them out. Such as some of the drop priorities etc.
I see a lot of official threads for different deck types, but I have not come across Boros.

If you could list your anticipated Meta game, that might make it easier. I realize you mentioned Caw-Blade, but it's best to know all the typical decks in your area.
